There was a time when it was preferred to read books or to listen to soft and sweet music while sleeping. But today there are considerable changes in these activities, which are responsible smartphone and other electronic devices. It is common practice to use layers of beds in bed.
Some people use their mobile to play the Internet and some of their favorite games. Chating before sleeping and browsing the social media has become commonplace for the people. For people, it may be a way of entertainment but the fact is that such activities are harmful to the people.
How is the use of these tools and devices affecting us?
Scientists have studied the effect of these devices on us. One of the main points from research done for years is that these devices are mainly responsible for obstructing the sleep of people. We all know well how sleep is necessary to keep a person's body and mind healthy. The biggest effect of insomnia is on the person's mind. By doing so, we are playing either directly or indirectly with our brain and also bringing down the quality of our sleep.
What do research find out?
These habits followed by sleeping are gradually taking the form of an addiction and we do not even know about this. The technique influences our sleep habits from three types, they are:
The light emitted during the use of various instruments is to prevent the hormone responsible for sleeping melatonin.

Our bed is no longer the place to relax the body and mind, but it has become a place of social interaction, work or study. This means that the actual purpose and activity of the bed have changed completely.

This part has been divided into two main studies. The first study is based on the effects of blue screen or light. The second study is based on the effects of our sleep on television, mobile phones, computers, tablets and other such devices.
Blue screen or effect of light
From this study, scientists were keen to know how the light emerging from different devices influences the quality of our sleep. To understand it well, the scientists looked at the effect of various actions given before the gold on 12 Volunteers. In the first phase of the study, they were asked to perform various types of activities for about two to four hours before 10 o'clock at the time of their sleep for two weeks. In the first week, half volunteers were given printed books and the rest were given to read ebooks. In the second week, this work was reversed i.e. those who were asked to read ebooks were given printed books and those who were given paper books in the first week were assigned the task of reading eBooks.
These studies brought surprising results
The main purpose of this study was to find out how the light emitted from the screen affects sleep and mainly affects the melatonin hormone responsible for it. Studies have shown that compared to those who had used electronic electronic equipment before sleeping, the levels of melatonin were low, those who had read books before gold.
As soon as people using electronic devices started reading papers, their mealtenone levels began to rise after the next minute. On the contrary, those who had been given books to read printed in the first week, their level of melatonin hormones also started declining when they started using electronic equipment in the next week. Therefore, it clearly indicates that instruments and equipment have a profound effect on our sleep.
